TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Subject of the Agreement: This agreement defines the terms and conditions of shopping between the user (Customer) who purchases digital products from lisansmarketi.com and the site management (Seller).

Product Delivery: Purchased digital licenses are sent immediately after payment confirmation, either automatically by the system or manually by our operations team, to the e-mail address declared by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrectly entered e-mail addresses.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy: In accordance with Article 15 of the "Regulation on Distance Contracts" dated 27.11.2014; "Contracts relating to services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" (Software license keys, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Since a license key is personalized and single-use data, it is not possible to return or cancel it once it has been delivered.

User Obligations: The Customer agrees that the purchased license is for personal use only and that sharing the license on multiple computers or copying it for commercial purposes is prohibited. In case of detected unauthorized use, the right to cancel the license is reserved.

Pricing: lisansmarketi.com reserves the right to change product prices and campaigns without prior notice.
